You are taking in a lot of information without realizing it. If you take a lot of walks in the morning, it helps you sleep better.\u201d\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"YouTube video player\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/1fMCVl0-Uh4\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/scharr.dept.shef.ac.uk\/scharr-wellbeing-walks\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ScHARR Green Impact\u2019s Wellbeing Walks blog<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> has compiled a list of suggested routes and walks.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">These include, for example, from Meersbrook to Millhouses Park, Rivelin Valley Nature Trail and Rother Valley.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/scharr.dept.shef.ac.uk\/scharr-wellbeing-walks\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The website says<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: \u201cStaff and students should act within the government guidelines at all times, and only go on walks where it is safe to do so and with people they are permitted to meet with.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Please do not travel unnecessarily to undertake one of these walks.
