The Pup-Up Cafe will see up to 50 dogs mingling together per session at The Head of
Steam in Sheffield for Valentine\u2019s weekend. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Pup-Up cafe team hosts pop-up dog events around the country. On February 19, the team is coming to Sheffield with their Valentine’s tour. It is a perfect place for you to socialize and meet other owners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Marcus Ackford, the event planner of the Pup-Up Cafe said that the purpose of organizing
the event is to bring together local communities in a fun and exciting way via a shared and
cute interest, a particular breed of dog.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Liz Kieran, 38, an attendee who has visited the event twice before said: \u201c The dogs really
enjoy being around others of their breed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201c It is great to talk to other owners and give advice to those looking to become owners.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There will be unlimited puppuccinos and treats for all the dogs, special valentines props, and
photo ops, the photos are taken by their photographers, and also local dog businesses to
browse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ms. Ackford said: \u201cIt is a great few hours of serotonin for the humans, some great photos can
be captured and memories made. Along with meeting lots of like-minded people that often
stay friends after the Pup Up Cafes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cFor the dogs, it’s an amazing socialization time in an environment where they would not
usually get to socialize. Plus, it’s nice to treat the smallest family member once in a while so
unlimited puppuccinos are always a hit.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The team provides dogs a safe, secure space for \u201coff lead time\u201d, allowing attendees to
mingle with up to 50 dogs per session. They have got one session per breed, which are
Dachshunds, Pugs, Frenchies, and Doodles. Any small friendly dog is welcome as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ms. Ackford thinks that dogs are human\u2019s best friends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He said: \u201cThey often trained to perform tasks that assist their owners, such as guiding the
blind or providing emotional support, we think they are simply amazing to have as a part of
life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThey’re happy as long as you’re happy to have them around and they provide a great
