Three of Sheffield Hatters\u2019 players have been selected to feature in the first ever women’s All Star game for the Women\u2019s British Basketball League.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Georgia Gayle, Emma Eichmeyer and Madison Washington were chosen to represent the North for the match this weekend. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gayle, 26, said: \u201cEveryone was excited for us. It is an honour to take part in the first All Star game in the WBBL and to share it with two of my teammates makes it even better. We get to play with all the best players in the league.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Hatters guard was voted by the fans to take part in the game and she had found out she was selected last month. <\/p>\n\n\n
