Three drug dealers in Doncaster have been handed jail sentences totalling nine years for their involvement in supplying heroin and crack cocaine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Adam Bennia, Claire Holden, and Liam Saunders\u2019 illegal activities were brought to light during a concerted effort to disrupt the drug supply network in the area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
PC Lee Ashworth, the officer in charge of the case, said: “Organised Crime Groups who terrorise our communities are funded by the use and supply of illegal drugs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
“Every dealer we remove from the network dismantles the capabilities and impacts the funds of these groups and we are determined to continue rooting out the people responsible for supplying these drugs across the city.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
“If you are dealing drugs in Doncaster and think you’re untouchable and above the law, please know that we are onto you.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The arrests followed an extensive investigation revealing that the trio had been peddling harmful Class A drugs between February and June 2023. Bennia was caught on CCTV topping up the phone used for transactions, meanwhile, Holden’s distinctive neck tattoo provided crucial identification linking her to footage from a drug deal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Bennia, 28, residing on Alexandra Road, Balby, admitted to multiple counts of supplying crack cocaine and heroin, resulting in a sentence of three years and eight months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
