Nick Allen, Conservative candidate, said: \u201cI want to make transport accessible, transparent and fair. This means not wasting vast amounts of taxpayers’ cash on the Supertrams.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Oliver Coppard has made progress on his transport promises following his victory in 2022, saying: \u201cWe\u2019ve taken the tram back under public control, we\u2019ve taken on private bus companies that have failed to deliver for South Yorkshire.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
