Half of Pete McKee\u2019s original artwork has been found in the lead up to his new exhibition, but he\u2019s still looking for more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Opening in November, McKee has been locating 25 pieces of his past work to star in Weston Park Museum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sheffield Museums work with the community to tell the story of Sheffield and its people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

McKee used to visit the museum with his dad as a child, and said: \u201cI jumped at the chance and the opportunity, and then I had to come up with a concept.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWeston Park is very much a Sheffield history orientated museum, with archival exhibitions about things that affect this area, so I wanted to show something that reflects that.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Had a meeting with Western Park museum to let them know what my show will be about, and I can tell you it\u2019s going to be megga!!! Can\u2019t paint to start painting.
