The Eat, Treat and Moor market took place in Sheffield in order to raise money for St Luke’s Hospice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Friends and family gathered together last weekend for the Eat, Treat and Moor market which had lots of food and activities to satisfy people of all ages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The market was open on Saturday and Sunday from 10am \u2013 6pm and fortunately the weather was quite pleasant on both days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Stephanie Kinash, aged 33, was part of the Moor Management team. Her stall consisted of a treasure hunt with free gifts which you could win after.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The aim was to raise awareness and money for St Luke\u2019s Hospice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cIt\u2019s had lots of engagement with children and adults,” said Stephanie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
She added, \u201cAs they\u2019ve came up close to the stall and asked what it was then they\u2019ve obviously got to know about the hospice that made them make a donation, which then has obviously made an impact on the hospice as well.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Other stalls featured jacket potatoes, cakes, toy figures and even a Malaysian cafe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A band which appeared to consist of teenagers captured the attention of many, showcasing their talent and receiving donations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
One of the songs they played was the hit Valerie sang by Amy Winehouse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
