Three men have been charged, following a knife inflicted attack on a 22-year-old man in Page Hall, Sheffield.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
South Yorkshire Police attended the scene within minutes after receiving a call at 4:42pm on Tuesday, where they arrested Faraz Azhar, 23 and Mohammed Ibrahim, 21 for an alleged breach of the Criminal Attempts Act. 50-year old Azhar Hussain was also arrested later on suspicion of assault.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Sheffield North East NPT Inspector Alec Gibbons said: \u201cYesterday, a man was stabbed in broad daylight and is now in hospital with serious injuries. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cThis should not be happening in our communities, yet we are continuing to see the devastation that knife crime brings.\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n
South Yorkshire Police will continue to patrol the area over the next couple of days, with intentions to bring those responsible for the attack to justice. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Gibbons said: \u201cAs our enquiries progress at pace I am appealing for anyone with information to get in touch. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
