Sheffield Council’s Animal Farm located in Graves Park has reopened following Covid regulation changes this April.

Though the animal farm used to be a free attraction where visitors could enter whenever they’ve now had to create booking slots that have to be pre-purchased before arrival. This has led the team to turn away over 15 people a day to comply with the new rules.

Each visit is 45 minutes, and visitors must arrive five minutes prior to their booking slot, sanitize themselves before and after the visit, and maintain a two-meter distance.

Despite all the changes, Catherine McDougall, 30, Graves Park Manager, said that they’ve had a wonderful response from people that has helped uplift everyone’s spirits at the farm, and they can’t wait until they’re able to fully re-open.
