A Sheffield charity organised a debate with experts from across the Nature Recovery field speaking on a range of issues and topics.
Sheffield and Rotherham Wildlife Trust organised the nature talk for the Festival of Debate 2023 in collaboration with other organisations in Nature Recovery Sheffield.
The focus of the evening was the importance of collective action when approaching the nature emergency and unity was a common theme across the debate.
The speakers held varying perspectives on a wide variety of topics that they spoke about in depth.
The event was also where the charity launched their new ‘community action for nature map’. The map will allow users to show where they’re doing community nature work and also see where others are doing work.
