Sheffield United has been praised for keeping the fans at the centre of their celebrations following promotion back to the Premier League.
The Blades chose to celebrate their season’s achievements in style with an open-top bus parade to allow fans to enjoy this exciting moment with their heroes.
Hal, from the Sheff United Way podcast lauds the club for building this relationship with the fans and keeping the community at the club’s heart.
He said: “I think you can only look and see the moment where one of our players chucks a beer at one of the Blades fans who’s stood on some traffic lights – there’s a connection there, isn’t there?”
Sheffield United will now look ahead to next season and survival in the Premier League.
