The Met Office has forecast snow and sleet to fall across Sheffield between midnight and 6am on the morning of Sunday 16.
Regions in Sheffield expecting a short period of snowfall include Hallam Head, Lodge Moor, Crookes, Stocksbridge, Bents Green, Dore.
The latest forecast from the Met Office has predicted a 70 percent chance of snow at 3am on Sunday morning in the west of the city, particularly Hallam Head.
Temperatures will be between 0C and 1C on Sunday, although forecasts predict it will feel more like -4C.
Rain will be scattered and potentially heavy, as the Met Office expects to see this turn to snow on hilly ground, giving Stannington, Hallam Head and Crookes higher chances.
Looking forward, it will become brighter and warmer, with temperatures up to 14C towards the end of next week.
