Graves Park has celebrated its 100th anniversary with its yearly Country Show on 4 May which brought nearly 10,000 in the local community together.

The event transformed the park into a massive showground, with many animal displays, live entertainment, and countless food stalls.

Entry to the park was free, making it a fun and affordable day out for families to enjoy.

Families were able to enjoy loads of exciting activities such as an extreme mountain bike show, a pet dog show, owls and birds of prey displays, tractors and countryside attractions, a family fun fair and many more attractions.

The event was an amazing opportunity to bring the community together, organisers said their aim was to bring people from all ages together for a day of fun and celebration.
