The Moor welcomed thousands of visitors as ‘999 Fun Day’ returned to Sheffield in partnership with the National Emergency Services Museum.
The event brought together police, ambulance, fire and rescue teams from across South Yorkshire to showcase their work and engage with the general public.
Families were welcomed to an immersive experience, where they could explore emergency vehicles, take part in interactive activities and watch live displays and demonstrations throughout the day.

There were a range of modern and historical vehicles on display from the museum’s collection for visitors to enjoy.
Alongside raising awareness of vital emergency services, the event also supported fundraising efforts to the museum, helping to preserve its collections and volunteer work.
The event has been a popular presence on Sheffield’s calendar, and organisers plan to continue the event in 2027.
