THE ALL new McLaren Artura has been unveiled by the supercar company.
The car has been designed and built partly by the McLaren Composites Technology Centre in Sheffield.
McLaren opened up their first factory outside Woking in Surrey when they started the Sheffield centre in 2017 after a change of management at the backend of 2016.
The Artura is one of the first cars to be produced in conjunction with the Sheffield site and features McLaren’s first ever plug-in hybrid car.
The car is “all new” and features pioneering electrical technology, the first of its type to be seen in a production car.
If you want your own supercar, the Artura will set you back £182,500 which is reasonable in McLaren terms, with their high-class hybrid P1 going for £1.5 million.
