The BMX track at Bolehills recreational ground has seen a surge in usage over the past year.
The team of volunteers who maintain the track have had to work much harder after years of wear.
Armed with shovels, pickaxes, hoses and brushes, the team spend many of their evenings ensuring the track is safe to be used by the locals and those traveling from further afield to use the facility.
It’s recent popularity has garnered the attention of a range local media outlets including the BBC, Yorkshire Live and others.
