A group of students in Sheffield have started dressing up as famous Disney and Marvel characters in hopes of brightening the day of children in need.
‘Make a Smile’ is an ever-growing charity based in Cardiff with groups stationed across the country.
Luke Morgan, a medical student, founded the organisation in 2016 (with the support of Cardiff University Student Union) on the belief that all children deserve a childhood.
Since then, over 25 other UK cities have got involved, founding their own regional branch. It’s even expanded internationally with 12 overseas branches from Australia to France.
Sheffield’s own make a smile group started up in September this year and hopes to find enough members to keep it going long term.
