Ben Howarth, Tennis Coach at Hallamshire Tennis and Squash Club, has recently begun his Ability Tennis sessions to make tennis inclusive and accessible.

Weekly matches run for those with visual impairments, autism, learning disabilities and people in adult day care.

The sessions run all week at Hallamshire Tennis and Squash Club in Ecclesall, Sheffield with running times from 45 minutes to two hours.

The organisers go out of their way to make sure all the participants are comfortable and having fun as well as ensuring everyone can make it to the club safely.

This video focuses on the Visually Impaired Tennis sessions on Tuesday afternoons with Ben himself talking about the benefits of these sessions as well as two players sharing their own take on the session.
