The indoor boulder climbing competition held at The Climbing Hangar Sheffield on Saturday hosted talent from professionals to beginners.
The event was hosted in partnership with Kendal Mountain Events, alongside The North Face, Ellis Brigham and La Sportiva.
The sport of climbing has attracted a lot more attention, especially with the success of the tour.
Jonathan Barford, 38, General Manager of The Climbing Hangar Sheffield from Stafford Road, Crookes, said: “It’s definitely amazing, the feeling of getting someone into climbing and understanding the movement.
“I’ve tried loads of different sports over the years and climbing’s the only one I’m sure that I’m gonna do for the rest of my life. I love it, the best job I’ve ever had.”
Around 200 people gathered at 3pm to take part in the competition and support family and friends who were competing.
The tour began in January, covering Plymouth, Reading, London, Sandhills and finally Sheffield.
Beginner and intermediate climbers were given the opportunity to climb alongside GB Paraclimbers Isabella Walsh, James Rudge and Luke Jamieson.
Sara Hassan, 24, a student Counsellor from Burngreave said: “It’s very fun, it’s very diverse, I think it’s really nice to meet new people to try new things.”
Members of the GB paraclimbing team gave an exclusive talk in which they encouraged climbers with disabilities to get involved in professional climbing.

There are currently eight Climbing Hangar gyms in the UK and the business is looking to expand.
Attendees finished off the climbing with a film night from the Kendal Mountain Film Festival Programme.

“The Kendal Mountain Masters has given me an opportunity to fulfil my dreams of working with some of the top athletes in the world.”
The films from the Kendal Mountain Festival showcased inspiring climbing stories from around the world.
The next festival will begin on the 21st of November at The Lake District National Park.
