Hallamshire RUFC are hosting a charity event to honour player Tom Davies who has sadly been diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease at the young age of 29.

The Tom Davies Cup will be played Saturday April 26 at Bolehills, Crookes. Where his two former clubs Sheffield Medics and Hallamshire RUFC are set to play against each other.

Sam Rigby, President of Hallamshire RUFC said: “I really wanted to give something back to Tom. A showcase, a nice day of Rugby because he loves Rugby.”

A just giving page has been set up to fundraise for the MND Association and any donations on the cup day will be given directly to Tom to help support his needs.
