Tik Tok sensation Steve Bracknall and Sheffield United boss Chris Wilder will both manage teams in a charity football game taking place at Bramall Lane in May.
All proceeds raised from the match will go to Sheffield based charity Weston Park Cancer Centre, who are raising money to install a breakthrough MRI cancer simulator machine.
Bracknall, who is an avid Sheffield Wednesday fan, announced the event through his social media channels. He said: “On May 4th, I’ll be stepping out at Bramall Lane against him (Wilder). There’s gonna be blood, guts and thunder, mark my words.
“This is a charity very close to my heart. Last year, I lost my father to cancer. I know how it feels, I know how it hurts.”

The match will also serve as a testimonial to former Blades captain Chris Basham, who made 394 appearances over a 10 year stint at Bramall Lane.
Basham and a group of his ex-teammates will form a team which is to be led by Sheffield United manager Chris Wilder.
Speaking about the upcoming event at a press conference on Friday, Wilder said: It’s brilliant. Most importantly, it will raise money for an important team at Weston Park. I’m delighted that Steve has put aside our rivalries and has agreed to the game.
“Ticket sales have been incredible, the amount of interest has been great and I’m sure it’ll grow and grow. We need to get as many people there as possible and raise as much money as we can.”
Tickets are priced at £10 for Adults and £5 for concessions, and are on sale now.
