Two university students have spoken out after an alleged drink spiking incident.
On the 5 of February, Milo and Meg decided to celebrate the end of exams with a night out in Corporation. The pair say they were sharing drinks throughout the night but insist they did not consume enough alcohol to explain what happened. Both were taken to A & E for treatment.
Since the incident Meg says she has experienced ‘severe nightmares’.
“I just kept waking up in the middle of the night…I think its like a fear thing, I never feel fully rested.”
They decided not to report what happened to the police. Both say the experience has left them feeling unsafe and reluctant to return to Sheffield nightlife.
Corporation night club were approached for a comment but declined.
