Coach Kieron Lee, who previously managed Sheffield Wednesday Ladies from 2022-2024, has retaken up the post.

In his previous tenure, Lee came in following a relegation from the North East Regional Women’s Football League in the 2022-23 season.

He not only steered the ship but achieved a promotion, returning the team to its former heights in 2023-24.

The Owlesses currently sit fifth in the NERWFL on 19 points after 13 games.

However, a heavy 9-1 defeat away at Handsworth saw the departure of previous manager Andy Gilligan.

The South Yorkshire outfit have already made sweeping moves in the transfer market since the appointment, picking up former player and this season’s top scorer Nicole Shaw from Worksop.
