Weston Park May Fayre drew thousands of visitors last Sunday.
Food trucks and bars filled the park. Exhibitions by the University of Sheffield covered some of the history of the fair while weird and wonderful acts including Storm Troopers, Team BGee and Elton Wong entertained the crowds.
The event is a jointly organised by the University of Sheffield and Sheffield City Council and was completely free.
It was a big day for the Escafeld North West Morris group, who performed their first public show
Dancer, Rosie Hodgson told ShefNews: “It’s so lovely to be here at the May Fair, with the Escafeld Morris Group for our first performance. We were quite frantic getting all the costumes ready but it all paid off.”
