Sheffield retains title of best beer in the world
A recent report from the University of Sheffield stated that the city has retained its position as the real ale capital as it continues to bring in tourism.
The University report suggests that Sheffield is experiencing a beer tourism boom, with the region now housing 58 breweries.

Doncaster Burglars Jailed For Over 60 Years’ Worth Of Convictions After A Year Of Operation Castle
Operation Castle, a city-wide campaign tackling burglaries in Doncaster, is celebrating a year in operation with over 60 years’ worth of convictions and dozens of criminals behind bars.
Detective Sergeant James Wiggins, who has led the operation, said: “Rather than looking at burglary cases as isolated incidents, we knew that if we looked at a series of events we could make that connection and link it to one serial offender.”

College Fair Held For UK Students Searching Higher Education
UK University Search held a fair at the University of Sheffield, bringing hundreds of college students to the campus.
Nosheen Riaz, Director of UK University Search, said: “The main purpose of the event is to encourage 16 to 19-year-olds to further their careers, whether through education or going to university and think about the next step of their future.”
