Excitement is building for fans globally as the Eurovision Grand Final, hosted in Liverpool, draws near.

Having made it through the Semi-Finals this week, 26 countries will be competing tomorrow night to be crowned the 2023 winner.

The UK are hosting the Eurovision Song Contest this weekend for the first time in 25 years on behalf of last year’s number one, Ukraine.

Following Kalush Orchestra’s victory last May, it was announced that the Song Contest would not be held in their home country for security and safety reasons.

Ahead of the final performance, we asked avid Eurovision enthusiasts how long they’ve been a fan, why they love it, and what is special about having it in Britain this year.
