The Eat, Treat and Moor market took place in Sheffield in order to raise money for St Luke’s Hospice.
Friends and family gathered together last weekend for the Eat, Treat and Moor market which had lots of food and activities to satisfy people of all ages.
The market was open on Saturday and Sunday from 10am – 6pm and fortunately the weather was quite pleasant on both days.
Stephanie Kinash, aged 33, was part of the Moor Management team. Her stall consisted of a treasure hunt with free gifts which you could win after.
The aim was to raise awareness and money for St Luke’s Hospice.
“It’s had lots of engagement with children and adults,” said Stephanie.
She added, “As they’ve came up close to the stall and asked what it was then they’ve obviously got to know about the hospice that made them make a donation, which then has obviously made an impact on the hospice as well.”
Other stalls featured jacket potatoes, cakes, toy figures and even a Malaysian cafe.
A band which appeared to consist of teenagers captured the attention of many, showcasing their talent and receiving donations.
One of the songs they played was the hit Valerie sang by Amy Winehouse.
