Park Hill Flats were first constructed in 1961 to replace the slum terraces in Sheffield, but have now developed into a highly desired place to live.

UrbanSplash, the company that took over the renovation of Park Hill in 2004, bought the building from Sheffield City Council for £1.

In 2007, Phase 1 of the renovation plan began. The flats were built around the original concrete beams, as the structure is a Grade II listed building.

Following the success of Phase one, UrbanSplash began Phase two in 2019 and Phase three, for student accommodation, in 202..

Phase four, which is now under construction, is set to bring even more housing to the community centred hub.
