The University of Sheffield’s student radio, Forge Radio, have been walking and running around the city in aid of The Rotherham Hospice.
The hospice, who provide care patients requiring special care for a better quality of life, have been tweeting their support and thanks throughout the week.
I spoke to Kayla Price, Forge Radios treasurer, who has organised the ‘Forge Walks’ fundraising event this week for their longstanding charity of choice.
Several staff at the station have been getting involved throughout the week walking and running, logging all of their progress on the ‘Forge Walks’ strava page.
