Manahatta bar and restaurant is set to have its 8th location across the UK opening on Saturday 11th February which it claims will bring the ‘beat of New York’ with bright neon lights and classic American bar feel.
The bar is to be set over two floors with separate bars, bookable photo booths and outdoor terrace heating.
More than 2500 comments have been posted on its opening post on the Facebook page expressing clear excitement at the prospect of a new drinking venue.
Promoters are calling for the public to get ready for the most ‘instagrammable’ venue with a pink swing, a photo booth and chaise lounge in the bathroom for extravagant features for photos inside the new venue.
Similar to the opening party, a Galentines Bottomless Brunch event is planned for the middle of February which is hoped will attract couples to a romantic night-out.
Customers can opt for the iconic cocktail trees or unlimited drinks including prosecco and spritz, bottomless for £29.95
Located right in the centre of Sheffield, it will provide the ideal location for daytime eating and drinking, near tram and station bus stops.
Growing excitement for the opening of the venue with hundreds of people commenting, “We need to go here” and “Looks amazing”.
Lauren Andrews commented on the Facebook page; “How nice does this place look in Sheffield”.
This new bar will be competing with a city full of bars and restaurants supporting the already bustling student nightlife.
The Arc Inspirations Company who owns the Manahatta venues is looking to expand the American styled bars across the UK and if the Sheffield location proves to be popular no doubt they will want to expand further.
Similarly others have said that it, “looks lush, i saw it last week, we are booked in for March time”.
Paula Poz commented on Facebook in response to the opening post; “What no chicken in a basket, spent many funny evenings there back in the day”.
Some of the other venues include Deansgate – Manchester, York and Headingley which all have ratings of 4.5 or above stars on Tripadvisor hopefully meaning it will be a big hit in Sheffield.
