Sheffield Wednesday Ladies have been training ahead of facing rivals Sheffield United Community Foundation Ladies in the North East Regional Women’s Football League on Sunday.
The Owls have had a turbulent campaign so far with managerial changes, having been led by Stewart Alexander at the start of the season.
After losing their last three games with an aggregate score line of 8-33, but they will be hoping to bounce back against the Blades.
Whilst the team sit at the bottom of the table, they would move within three points of United with a win.
Joint manager Christian Dunn, who also manages the Under 18’s team, said despite the difficult season, his side will be up for the challenge at the weekend.
