A Sheffield arts and crafts group, “Scrappy Crafts”, launched recently, hosting a suncatcher making session.
The founders, Taylor Irvin and Maude Dunster, wanted to create a group with a focus on sustainability, and have said none of their materials are bought new to reduce waste.
“Scrappy Crafts” is intended to be a community focused space, allowing people to come and relax while giving new life to old materials.
Their first event had 12 attendees, and the pair are hoping to host more in the coming weeks.
