Whilst fans around Sheffield were celebrating promotion, just next door was a very different kind of event with a very different tone.
Although a lot of us may have not thought about poetry since finishing Secondary School, it is still just as important as ever and local Sheffield charity Nine Lives Poetry is giving those who may not have a chance to perform.
The event allows all kinds of poets to perform, from those who have toured the UK to those who have written their first poem just a week before the event and is a safe space for poetry fans to talk about their experiences and learn how to perform in front of a crowd.
