Sonny Anderson has made it his mission to make music accessible for the entire community.
Ten 2 One Sound launched in February of this year, as a small reggae group who host free events for music lovers.
Sonny said: “I put on free sessions and these are basically anywhere that will let me put a sound system in.
“My last event was a DIY project, my old drumming teacher Dan basically said- I’ve got a space, do you want to use it- and I said that would be absolutely incredible.”
He continued: “I loved reggae as a kid, and I always thought it was a shame there was nothing I could really go to, so I think it’s just brilliant.”
Ten 2 One’s last event, powered by Steel Rockers Sound System featured a huge line-up of local artists.
As well as music, Sonny promotes and supports local businesses through his events, selling food and encouraging attendees to bring their own beers, sourced from local breweries.
